This tour takes 5-6 hours. You will see all the sights in Helsinki with stops at Sibelius monument, Rock Church. After touring Helsinki we drive 50 km ( about 35 minutes) to the idyllic city of Porvoo, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will have an opportunity to see the beautiful wooden houses by the river. We will stop to visit the cozy little shops in the old town and stop for lunch or coffee there. After a short drive back to Helsinki you will still have time to explore the markets before heading back to the cruise ship

At the beginning of the tour we will visit all the most important sights in Helsinki. These include Sibelius monument, Rock Church, Olympic stadium, railway station, Uspenski Cathedral, Senate Square and the Cathedral. After the tour of Helsinki we will drive to visit the Unique Lapland park, where I will be your guide. This indoor park includes the world's only all year round Igloo hotel, a huge ice bar, restaurant and Husky sledge drives. This is a really fun place where you will experience the winter time. About Us
My name is Paulo De Freitas and I just turned 48 years old. I was born in Portugal (Madeira Island.) Before moving to Finland I was living in England for 15 years. While I lived there I worked in hotels & restaurants and as a chauffeur for business clients. That is where I learned English. In 2003 I moved to Finland with my Finnish wife. I have two sons and a daughter. Sara is 9 years old, Daniel is 12 years old and Joshua is 16 years old.
For the past 13 years I have been working as professional tour guide in Helsinki. I have been running Paulo´s Tours for 10 years already. Opening my company was the best thing that I have done. I love to meet new people and make new friends from other cultures. I am so happy when May arrives and the cruise ships start to arrive in Helsinki. I know Helsinki and all the tourist attractions in the region very well. I am also a good and safe driver. Let me show you around and introduce to you this beautiful city where I have lived for 11 years. There are beautiful parks and surroundings by the sea. Let me share you my experience of living here for the past 11 years. During your tour you will learn about the culture, history, cuisine and day to day life of the Finnish people.
